We leave in just days — make sure you’re ready! 🎉 We are so thrilled you’re joining us to sail the Dalmatian coast and celebrate our wedding. 🤍
You’ll find day-by-day schedules in your room along with a few goodies — everyone gets a tote bag that’s perfect for shore days and outfit changes. Think of this guide as a menu, not a schedule — pick what sounds fun, skip what doesn’t.
🍹 The Bar — how drinks work
On us: OPEN BAR at the White Party (Night 1) and on the Wedding Night. 🥂
On you: everything else aboard is à la carte — daytime mimosas, pre-land cocktails, sipping drinks on deck. Bring euros; the crew runs a tab per cabin.

With all our hearts: there are 30+ of you and just the two of us — and as much as we wish we were, we are not yacht experts, Croatian experts, tour guides, or travel agents! 😅 We’re learning right alongside you and have poured everything we know into this guide: the itinerary, the ports, and as much detail on each stop as we possibly can.
So here’s the deal, sweetly but for real: these are all just options. The only things you ever need to tell us about are the ones marked RSVP — say you want in, and we’ll handle the booking and reach out if there’s any payment. Everything else, you’re free to enjoy, skip, or swap for your own adventure. At every single port, doing your own thing is always a perfect choice.
Before you ask us something — please read this guide thoroughly (the answer is very likely in here!), and give it the ol’ “could I Google this or ask AI?” test first. 🔍 We’re juggling a wedding, a yacht, and 33 of our favorite humans — a little self-service detective work is the greatest gift you can give us. We promise to help with everything that truly needs us! 🤍

a few honest answers
QWhat time do we dock / leave each port?▾
Honestly? It’s flexible. Our captain sets sailing times based on weather, sea conditions, and the route each day — so exact dock and departure times will firm up once we’re aboard. As a rough rule, we’ll usually reach each port around early afternoon and stay docked overnight. The crew will keep us posted day to day, and we’ll share updates as we get them. 🙏
QDo I have to do any of these activities?▾
Not even a little. These are just our suggestions. Join us, do your own thing, or stay aboard and relax on the sun deck with a cold drink — all equally perfect. There are zero wrong answers here.
QWhat about food & meals?▾
Breakfast and lunch are included aboard every day — our treat! 🤍 (half board) If we’re docked in time and you’d rather grab lunch ashore, go for it. Dinner is on your own every night except the White Party (Night 1) and the Wedding Night, which are on us. On all other nights we’ll share where we’re headed — come join, or wander off and find your own gem.
QWhat’s the food like onboard? (allergies & restrictions)▾
The crew handles all the onboard meals, and we’ve already shared the allergies & dietary restrictions you’ve told us about — so there will be options for everyone. 🍽️ If you have an allergy or restriction and haven’t let us know yet, please tell us ASAP so we can pass it along to the boat in time.
QWhat about drinks & the bar?▾
🍸 Open bar at the White Party (Night 1) and on the Wedding Night — those are on us, so celebrate! Every other morning, day, and evening, drinks aboard and ashore are à la carte (on your own). Our biggest tip: bring a good bit of euros in cash! Most spots have a card machine, but the crew recommends being prepared with cash to keep things smooth.
QWait… I read something about port fees? 👀▾
Ah, our diligent researchers! 🕵️ Yes — some of you may have read there are port fees due at the docks. Here’s the deal: Robert & Carlie are rolling into Croatia War Dog style (yes, like the movie) — flush with euros and ready to cover everyone’s port fees so we can breeze through each stop without 33 people fumbling for change at the dock. Consider it handled. You’re welcome. 😎💶
QSome activities say “RSVP” — what do I do?▾
A few things (group tours, dinners, tickets) need a head count to book — and we want to book ASAP! So please add your name on that day’s page for any RSVP-required activity by June 20. We’ll get everything booked right after. Everything else, you can simply show up. 🙏
QWho do I ask if I have a question?▾
A gentle, loving heads-up 💕: there are 30+ of you and only two of us (Robert & Carlie) fielding questions — and we are not experts on yacht travel or Croatia! We’re figuring a lot of this out alongside you and doing our very best. So we kindly ask: please read this guide thoroughly first — the answer is very likely already here (this FAQ, each day’s page, the notes). If you’ve truly searched and still need us, of course reach out. And on timing especially: a lot is up to the captain & the sea! ⚓
